Training insights like VO2 max and recovery time recommendations, the ability to create and follow training regimens, the newest dual-band GPS technology for more precise outside monitoring, and the ability to sync data to third-party fitness apps like Strava are all available.

Generally speaking, these modes function well. It can track runs and effort levels for the latter, whether you’re using it for Hyrox sessions or on race day. You may create training regimens on the app and choose exercises that will sync with your watch. It’s all quite simple.

Free color maps are also available for people who enjoy exerting themselves on adventures; these must be downloaded from the app and then synchronized across. Although it might not have as many settings as the greatest watch-based mapping support available, it still performs far better than the majority of smartwatches in this area.

There is a tiny proprietary charging cradle that needs one of your own USB-C charging cables to power back up when it’s time to charge because one isn’t included in the package. Although you won’t be charging it as frequently as you would other smartwatches, it is also a reasonably quick charger.
